‘제5회 세계어린이만화가대회’
사전대회

문화체육관광부, 부천시, 한국만화영상진흥원

세계어린이만화가대회는 한국만화영상진흥원이 준비하고 있는 부천국제만화축제 프로그램의 일환이며, 올해 5회째를 맞이하였습니다.

대회는 세계 각국의 만화를 좋아하는 어린이들이 만나 만화로 소통하고 문화를 교류하는 글로벌 어린이 행사입니다.

2012년 공식적인 첫 대회를 시작으로 작년까지 2700명이 넘는 아이들이 참여했습니다.

만화를 좋아하는 전세계 어린이(초등학교 4~6학년)을 대상으로 사전대회를 통해 어린이를 선발하고, 한국으로 초청, 본대회(만화캠프)에 참여하게 하고 있습니다. 
아이들에게는 무엇과도 바꿀 수 없는 소중한 경험이 될 수 있는 2016년 제5회 세계어린이만화가대회에 많은 아이들이 참여할 수 있기를 기대합니다.

              ⦁ 행 사 명 : ‘제5회 세계어린이만화가대회’ 사전대회
              ⦁ 대     상 : 국내외 초등학교 재학생 4~6학년
              ⦁ 공모주제 : 내가 바꾸는 세상(The world I want to change)
              ⦁ 공모형식 : A3 또는 8절지 이용, 주제에 대한 자유 창작 만화 
              ⦁ 접수기간 : 2016.4.18.(월) ~ 6.3.(금), (세부사항은 www.icca.kr 참조)

                 1) 선발된 어린이들에게는 본대회 만화캠프(7. 29.~31.) 참가자격 부여
                 2) 제19회 부천국제만화축제 초청 및 작품 전시

International Children Comics Artist Awards (ICCA) has been a leading global contest for children’s comics since its inception in 2012.

The event is held in Bucheon and has been participated by over 2,700 children worldwide.

In the contest, the children have a chance to meet the same age group from various countries and they can show their imagination and creativity.

ICCA is a representative children exchange program in Bucheon; Korea’s city of comics. 

Celebrating its fifth edition, the International Children Comics Artist Awards (ICCA) opens preliminary contest from April 18 to June 3, 2016.
